Laptops that are setup to connect to Trinity University's wireless network can print to the Pharos Uniprint Program by installing the necessary software (please be sure that you have the initial university's wireless software installed before continuing). Once installed you will be able to print from any of the university's computer labs. The Pharos Uniprint software can be installed from the following link.

The dining plan is a non-refundable plan and does not carry over from one semester to the next. There is no charge/fee for the replacement of a malfunctioning, extremely worn out or faded cards. However, deliberately damaged cards (ie. punching holes in them) and lost or stolen ID Cards will be accessed a $25 replacement fee. All account information automatically applies to the new card, and the older card is deactivated. Replacement cards are issued by the Tiger Card Office in the Storch building, room # 005, Monday - Friday from 8am - 5pm. Temporary-Prox ID cards can be issued for campus residents by the Department of Campus Safety ONLY after regular business hours. All temp cards must be returned within 48 hours to the Tiger Card Office and a replacement ID card will be issued in its place.

On August 1, 2008, a contract to manage and operate Trinity University's on-campus Digital Print and Press center was awarded to Ginny's Printing Company. The on-campus print facility is located in the Elizabeth Coates Library, Information Commons (Room #330).
The Digital Print and Press Center is a university sponsored initiative designed to provide state of the art digital printing capabilities to Trinity students, faculty, and staff in a convenient on campus environment. In addition to meeting the Universities digital printing needs, Ginny's was selected for their ability to provide excellent high quality offset printing, in essence providing a complete reprographics package to university users.
The continued viability and success of this important Trinity program, requires the support of all of the university community. University policy specifies that all campus departments' use Ginny's Printing as the selected university provider to meet their printing needs. As Trinity's reprographic partner, Ginny's provides both a comprehensive and innovative approach to meeting the universities very diverse printing requirements.

Your university ID card [Tiger card] can be used On & Off Campus throughout the university and several surrounding merchants locations. Your Tiger Card has Prox capabilities for access to electronically controlled doors. It also has a magnetic strip that is encoded for access to both Meal Plan and Tiger Bucks balances.

Mabee Hall, The Tiger's Den, Sky Line, and Java City
- At the Campus "C3" store "Convenience to the 3rd Power" (located in the Coates University Center)
- For complete printing services at "Paw Prints," our digital print shop located on the 3rd floor of the campus library

Pharos UniPriNT is the university's pay-for-print system of choice, it was implemented throughout campus computer labs in the Fall of 2002. Pharos UniPriNT software tracks, monitors, routes and communicates with server that handles the Tiger Bucks accounts to charge for network printing. Printing at the computer labs throughout campus (for university patrons with trinity-network UserID & passwords) will cost:
* $.09 per page, for black & white printouts [ $.14 duplex printing]
* $.75 for color printouts, per page [$1.00 for color-duplex printouts]

Trinity Guest may purchase a Cub Card at one of the Value Transfer Stations [located in the Elizabeth Coates Library , or Coates University Center, or Thomas/Lightner residential hall]. You will need to add value to the Cub Card at those same locations in order to print. The Cub Card has a Tiger Bucks account that works on campus for dining, printing, copying, campus bookstore, campus mail center, laundry & vending.
For those university patrons who do not have an authenticating UserID & password, a Guest UserID & password was created at the Library and can only print from those designated areas throughout the library.

Door access request can be made by sending an email to the Tiger Card Office TCRD@trinity.edu. Requests are only accepted from Registrar’s Office, Department Chairs, Professors, or other Administrative staff.
We will need to know:
The person’s name needing to have access
Their ID number (which is their Datatel number, located on the front of their id card)
Their Prox number (which is the five digit number located on the back of their ID card),
The Building name and/or Room numbers)
and any access-time restrictions. Email TCRD@trinity.edu with any special circumstances pertaining to the access and/or hours.
Top of Page - Tiger dollars are NOT refundable until graduation or withdrawal from the university.
You can NOT get a cash advance from the value of your Tiger Bucks account, however, once you graduate or leave the university you can request a refund for the total Tiger Bucks balance by going to the Student Account office in Northrup and filling out a request form.

Top of Page - TigerPAWS is a Web interface that allows you to access information contained in the administrative database used by Trinity University. The application system allows you to register for classes, access your network directory/files, and much more. TigerPAWS uses your campus Intranet UserID and password for accessing this area of your student account.
In contrast...
Tiger Bucks is the university's discretionary spending account. If you have never signed up for access to this area you will need to click on the "Not Registered? Click here to sign up!" link, and enter your seven-digit student ID number [must include the leading zero(s)]. You will then be sent an email to the address you signed up with and a link to verify and confirm your online access to your account. Once online you can easily & securely view Meal Plan & Tigerbucks balances, transaction history and much more!

This can be confusing if you are not familiar with the locations and their unique names. To help you identify exactly where your purchases are taking place when you view your transaction history you can refer to this list of the unique names and the locations that they refer to.

SUBJECT: Building Access Policy
The University has established the following opening and closing times for university buildings as indicated below. Only faculty and staff will be permitted in these buildings after the prescribed closing times.
All other persons must leave the building unless accompanied by a Trinity faculty or staff member or unless an approved exception is on file with the Department of Campus Safety (DCS). Such exceptions should be forwarded by the department chair/director to Jerry Ferguson in the Tiger Card Office, who in turn, will notify the DCS office.
Exceptions will be granted only if two or more persons remain in the facility (classroom/laboratory) at all times. Student organizations' meetings and functions will be permitted with the prior approval of the Vice President for Student Affairs or designee. For buildings without prox card access, an exception request must be forwarded by the department chair/director directly to the DCS office.
The following buildings will opened and closed during the school year, as shown on the following open/close schedule:

18. The Tiger Card debit card program is a card swipe driven system and therefore not designed for keyed in transaction entries. The system was designed to require transactions be tendered to patron accounts by swiping a valid Tiger Card through the system's point-of-sale card readers. Tiger Bucks, Meal Plan and/or Departmental charge type. System cashiers are required to request that all patrons present a valid Tiger Card prior to the processing of all transactions. Patrons will be made aware of rejected transactions and will be directed to contact the Tiger Card office for ID card issues for a speedy resolution.
