TITLE: TEMPORARY DATA ENTRY CLERK

REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or its equivalent; one year of general office experience; data entry experience; good knowledge of correct English grammar, spelling and punctuation; use and knowledge of computers; fundamental understanding of office methods; strong attention to detail, accuracy and dependability; ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner; ability to handle multiple priorities.
DUTIES: Data clean up in Datatel's Benefactor system to prepare for conversion; using research databases for updating addresses, phone numbers, etc.; updating records from various mailings including the University magazine and calendar; data entry and updating existing records from other sources; providing back up for front desk; perform other duties as assigned.
