Wi-Fi Registration
Before connecting your Apple iPhone, iPod Touch, Blackberry or any other Wi-Fi device to Trinity University's network, you must register the Wi-Fi address of your device with Information Technology Services.
Students:
To register the Wi-Fi address of your device with ITS you must take the following three items to the Information Technology Helpdesk in the Information Commons. (Coates Library, Third Floor)
1. Wi-Fi Device Registration Form. (Please print and sign the online form by clicking on the link above. If you do not have access to a printer, there will be blank forms available at the ITS Helpdesk. )
2. Your Wi-Fi device
3. Your Trinity ID
All three items must be presented to ITS Helpdesk in order for your Wi-Fi device to be registered on Trinity's Wi-Fi network.Faculty and Staff:
Submit a request to helpdesk@trinity.edu. You must provide your Wi-Fi address. Please see below for instructions.
Please Note: It may take up to 24 business hours to connect to Trinity's wireless network, excluding holidays and weekends. If you have any problems accessing the Wi-Fi network after your Wi-Fi device has been registered, please contact the Helpdesk at its-helpdesk@trinity.edu.
