Student Worker Positions

Information Technology Services hires student workers to assist full-time staff in providing service to the University. Eligibility for employment is determined by the Office of Human Resources, Student Placement, 999-7507. Applications for posted positions may be obtained from Human Resources.

ITS Student Worker Positions

Office Assistant

Office Assistants work in the main Information Technology Services administrative office. All information on the Office Assistant position is available from Mary Douglas.

Academic Computing Consultant

ACCs (Academic Computing Consultants) work for the Helpdesk division in ITS either in the Information Commons Helpdesk located in the Library on the main floor or in the Helpdesk staff office located in Halsell 226. All information on the ACC position is available from Deborra Cardenas.

Residential Computing Consultant

RCCs (Residential Computing Consultants) assist ITS with the TigerNet campus network in the residence halls. All information on the RCC position is available from Joseph Hatch.
