A student can request a replacement copy of his/her diploma if it has been lost or damaged by contacting the Office of the Registrar.Duplicate diplomas are not issued.Replacement diplomas are issued only if the original has been lost or stolen or if a name change has occurred.Complete the Replacement Diploma Request Form, include required documentation (see instructions on form), and mail check for $25.00 to the Registrar's Office.If the diploma has been damaged, the damaged diploma must be returned along with the request form.Allow approximately two (2) weeks to process the request.The diploma will mailed using First Class Mail or can be picked up at the Registrar's Office in person.
