A former student can request a replacement or duplicate copy of his/her diploma by submitting the Replacement Diploma Request Form and check or money order for $25.00 to the Registrar's Office (see instructions on form).  Allow approximately two (2) weeks to process the request.  The diploma will be mailed using First Class Mail or can be picked up at the Registrar's Office in person (Northrup Hall #118).
