Helpdesk

The Helpdesk is the first point of contact for all of your ITS needs. The Helpdesk handles phone, e-mail, and in-person requests from students, faculty, and staff. Helpdesk Analysts can assist with creating new accounts, password changes, e-mail questions, campus networked printer problems, file recoveries and conversions, and general trouble-shooting. They also provide help with commonly used operating systems and applications. The Helpdesk is staffed during normal business hours.

The Student Computer Service Center

The Student Computer Service Center is staffed with student workers employed by ITS to assist users in the residence halls with computer related issues. These Resident Computer Consultants or RCCs provide assistance to students with such issues as virus and spyware removal, software installation, and wired/wireless network connectivity resolution.
